The food was delicious. Housekeeping excellent. I had a good spa experience, my husband on the other hand was not happy with his masseuse (not as experienced).

Where to start...the food was amazing especially the dinners, the restaurant rotated the set menu's each night, and each change was delicious. The proximity to the animals was the best as well as the diversity of the animals onsite. You could watch the animals from your room window or while enjoying a meal at the restaurant. For onsite activities, the rangers and guides are knowledgeable and friendly on mountain hikes and game drives and they allowed time for you to enjoy the nature experiences without rushing you. Rob at the museum was very friendly, and is willing to spend time showing you the various treasures that have been collected. Lovely experience overall!

The views from the room is stunning and wild life move on the property. The Victorian bath is taking you to another era. Beautifully decorated rooms. The food is presented in a French style, and tasty. The waiters are friendly and well informed. The people who clean the rooms are also very friendly. The game ranger, Thabo, is knowledgeable and had clever jokes and phrases describing the animals. I've learned more about the animals and birds and their behaviour. The Elephant experience was priceless - feeding and touching them.
