Nui was very hospitable and friendly. He told us to make ourselves at home. He got our son bananas for breakfast to eat on our toast when he saw him eating some on the first day. The noodle soup breakfast alternative was authentic and tasty. There was plenty of drinking water available. The hangout space downstairs had a comfy couch. It's within walking distance to Robinsons Mall and lots of local eating places.

Such a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff that I've extended my stay here again! They have delicious breakfasts and yummy food you can order for dinner. Rooms are clean and you can get them cleaned whenever you need (helpful for when you are here for longer stays). The location is great, near lots of restaurants and cafes, also not far from Robinson if you want a mall with some shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Staff is wonderful, I always feel like I'm coming home at the end of the day. Happy to be staying here longer.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks total - kept extending my stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. You can order a wide variety of food right at the hotel or hit a bunch of local restaurants and cafes, all walking distance. It's not far from Robinson and a quick Grab ride from the night markets. I was traveling solo, working locally in Mae Sot for a few months and this was the best place I stayed, so kept extending my stay as the work got extended. I was also 6 months pregnant by the time I left and felt very cared for and looked after by the staff. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Mae Sot.

Love this place. I've been here for over a month now and keep extending my stay as my work in Mae Sot continues. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff is wonderful. I've read a few reviews of rude staff and I've been here 5 weeks and met everyone. No one has been rude. They are all kind and helpful and often bring food I order right to my room. This place also has the best fries in Mae Sot. The hotel is close to tons of restaurants and not far from Robinson Lifestyle if you're looking for a mall-like experience. Love it here.
