Please note that the main road in front of the resort is now under construction. The construction will start from The Chaloklum Village up until Sri Thanu Village.Please note that the property is under renovation from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 and some areas may be affected by noise.Renovation work of the swimming pool will be carried out from 28/10/2025-06/11/2025.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The whole property is at the top of a hill with very nice views all round. Clean pool, good wifi and helpful staff. Rented a scooter directly from them at a competitive rate. The room was very clean, good sized and with a lovely view onto the sea, NIcely decorated in a white shabby chic sort of way. AC works well (much needed!) and in the evenings it's quiet. Only a 5 min scooter from Chaloklum and Mae Haad beaches

Really good hotel in phangan near malibu beach And a very nice view point bar Room is clean mostly shower is ventilated and clean stunning views from the room

Thanks to the staff at Utopia. All are exceptionally friendly and well trained. It's always the people that make the difference! The pool with the view was also a big highlight and even better than expected! So nice to come home to, after a day travelling the island. Watching the occasional white bellied eagle fly by was an extra treat! Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The nearby 420 bar with sunset views is just a 3 min steep walk and well worth a visit. We went every evening!
