David “Spacious bungalows in authentic Mae Chaem.”

Our stay at Phu Chaem House was great. The bungalows are spacious with nice balconies where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains. The rooms were clean, and it was convenient to park our car right next to the bungalow. The WiFi is reliable, and the location at the edge of town is easily accessible without needing a 4x4 vehicle. Mae Chaem itself is a hidden gem on the Mae Hong Son Loop, offering incredible hills and mountain views. Its authenticity made our visit even more special.

The location, the rural outlook, the big room, the big picture window, the air-con, the warmth of the lady who welcomed me and the man who bid me farewell, the small price, the simple complementary self-service breakfast of toast and jams, tea/coffee, bananas - which put me on till lunchtime. (Chaem Gate restaurant is 9 mins walk or a very short drive for a good and varied dinner menu.) Some beautiful waterfalls and scenic drives in the area if you have time to explore.

The cabin was clean, had everything I needed including hot water in the shower, shampoo and conditioner, water, extra toilet paper and an extra blanket, which I needed. Staff were friendly and I always love it when they have cats I can pay. They also gave me some water and bananas to take away when my driver came? Which was very sweet of them

Location was great, room was nice and clean and had its own parking spot which was nice. Owner was friendly and there was free tea, coffee and toast in the morning which was a nice added bonus.
