Comfortable, clean, great location, really nice interior. And, importantly if your not used to it like me, a quiet place to come back to sleep once you're done enjoying the fun but noisy vibes of Madrid at night. Great place to stay.

It was really a great experience because we had booked just a day in advance due to a cancelled flight, and eventhough we got there before noon they still allowed us to check inn. Also the neigborhood is wonderful, plenty of good bars and close to museums and other attractions. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and had a large bathroom. We were particularly pleased with the bathrobes, something the twice as expensive hotel we had stayed with the nights before did not have. The staff was very nice as well.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels around the world. I always come back when possible. Teh hotel has an amazing design, very comfortable bed, great positioning and the breakfast is really meeting the needs of everyone. It’s also gluten free friendly

Very stylish, with lovely areas to sit in and well placed to reach the Golden Triangle art museums, city centre and Retiro Park. The room was beautifully designed and the bed very comfortable.
