Rooms are clean and tidy, and you get welcome drinks in a mini fridge along with tea and coffee. The check-in process is really good. you get a link a day before you arrive, and you check on that link, and then you get codes to enter the building and room. its straight forward as instructions are very clear. The location is well placed, and the metro line 1 station is 2 minutes away, which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes. All in all, exceptional,.would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

The property was well located and situated right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any issues, will definitely be coming back and would recommend it!

The room was cosy and clean. I preferred not to have it cleaned during my stay but I had the option to ask for cleaning on any day. The bathroom was modern and I especially enjoyed the shower - strong water pressure, desired water temperature in seconds, and the shower cabin never got staffed. The bed was comfortable. There was an air conditioner and a Nespresso coffee machine. I also found quite a few treats in my room - some chocolates, beer and sparkling wine and juice, apart from the water, tea and coffee. The metro station was right in front of the building, with easy access to the city center. I also enjoyed walking to the city center which took about an hour. There were quite a few shops and places to eat nearby.
