The location was excellent, tight between our two favourite parts of Madrid, Malasaña and Chueca. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (and more with cooking facilities). The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless and worked as it should. This will be our new place to stay when we are in Madrid.
