Absolutely lovely place with wonderful staff. They were amazing in helping us when we arrived and realised Booking.com had cancelled our booking with no notification. They honoured our booking and were friendly and helpful. Great location round the corner from the palacio real, and a fabulous breakfast buffet too. Would certainly stay again.

Breakfast was good, buffet style and lots of selection. Location was central and close to a lot of things. You can walk to places and it's not far from a metro stop as well. Room was nice and staff were really friendly.

I love the entire concept and dream to make better hostels <3 This location has everything you could possibly desire, including a small rooftop pool. It's very trendy, cool vibes, spacious pretty building, I imagine it might be great as a starting point for solo travelers and to meet people! It is also a walkable distance to the city center. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a beautiful park belonging to the palace.
