The hotel is incredible, and it’s hard for me to say what I liked the most. This was my second time staying there, and I could clearly see many improvements since my previous visit in 2023. I would especially like to highlight the hotel’s hospitality and Helena, the receptionist. She made us feel special from the very beginning and prepared a lovely surprise in our room on our second day. The entire team is extremely kind and attentive to every detail throughout the stay. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Madrid.

Everything was great including the rooftop pool and the bar. Marcus from the bell team was excellent too and always went the extra mile.

The entire experience at the hotel was great. I wanted to give a shout out to Marta who went above and beyond to make sure my dad had an amazing time given this was his birthday trip.
