From the moment that we stepped into the hotel, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise and the room was so good and quiet. The staff at the pool area we're extremely kind helpful and Served everyone with a smile. Thank you so much for a lovely stay we will definitely return. In a nutshell, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Amazing hotel, perfect location within walking distance to everything. The pool and rooftop are amazing and a great spot to unwind, and the restaurant is fabulous. The room was spacious and spotless and serviced twice a day. But the best thing is the level of service - literally every member of the hotel staff went out of their way to swiftly help with every single wish, request, or personal issue we had throughout our entire stay, always with a smile, making our stay comfortable and giving us the feeling we were the most important guests at the hotel. Definitely my top recommendation to stay in Madrid
