Stayed here for 2 nights in mid September for a wedding in Aravaca. Spacious 2-bed apartment, with sitting room, kitchenette and bathroom. Good air con. Nice grassy area around the 3 apartment buildings - only 3 storeys high so not high rise. Parking onsite if you have a car. Staff were very friendly when approached. Self check-in was a little unwieldy - having to keep entering the same address for all guests - but OK. Despite some of the comments online, there is no restaurant/breakfast onsite - these are self catering apartments. There's an Aldi 200 metres from the front gate, and the apartment had cooking facilities but no toaster or kettle. Just hob and microwave. There's a train station about 10 minutes walk away. We didn't use it but I assume it takes you into the city centre. There's an El Corte Ingles shopping mall about 20 minutes walk away, past the station. Didn't see much else walkable in the vicinity. Would stay again if we were attending an event in the area, but probably not if we were visiting Madrid city centre.

I stayed at TH Aravaca in a one-bedroom apartment and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a handy kitchenette and free parking. The location is quiet but well connected to central Madrid, and shops are close by. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.

Staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is possibly upgrading the kitchen ,crockery and utensils. Otherwise excellent value. I most definitely will be back
