The location was absolutely amazing — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything we needed. Despite the 38°C heat in Madrid, the flat stayed incredibly cool, which made a huge difference during our stay. The staff’s communication was excellent; they regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The location was perfect with nice view, next to gran via, metro station, and places of interest. We had cleaning service which we didn't expect. After check-out we left our luggage 5 minutes away at their office, very helpful staff
