Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Complimentary luggage storage is available on a first come first served basis. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room design was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It was well equipped and even had a laundry machine, which was very convenient. the check in was easy location at nice area

The apartment is very easy to find and the instructions for entry are very clear and easy. The Sonder staff are very helpful and lovely accommodating us with our extra luggage prior to check in and making the process very simple. Highly recommend!

Large, clean, and new apartment. In a busy city as Madrid it is nice to come home to a quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, perfect location in a vibrant area with many nice bars and restaurants around. A kitchen with all necessities.
