Location was excellent, right in the middle of Gran Via, bed was comfortable. Breakfast in sister property was enjoyable

Would recommend staying here for the location as it's super central and very convenient. My room on the 7th floor had a small and charming balcony which I loved so much! The views have been wonderful, especially at sunrise and at night. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with a fridge. There's a locked storage room for your luggage at the reception desk which I found quite helpful. I would also recommend having breakfast at Ella Sky Bar nearby, if available with your booking for a 10/10 experience as I truly enjoyed the amazing views and the overall ambience of the place along with a very kind and welcoming staff and a plentiful variety of food and beverages.
