Rooms are small and our room had a window to the elevator courtyard, but I don't book this hotel for a room view - otherwise the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and functional and well organized. Baby bed was prepared for us (in our experience this goes wrong more often than not, unfortunately) and we could enter the room 2 hours early (won't always worked, but our room was ready already). We did not make use of the breakfast option, even though it looks attractive and seems fairly priced, but we ate in the small and beautiful communal area - which you can also use to bridge time until a train or bus goes, whatever you need, since there's also sockets for your devices to charge. The hotel lives sustainability credibly - down to the details, you can see that it's not just a claim. It's accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, the staff is very polite and helpful, and the central location makes it perfect to start exploring Madrid and its museums by foot. Definitely would book this again.
