The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple but enough for me. Beds with curtains, comfy bed and pillow, place for luggage, charger plugs of any type. Each room has it’s shower room and toilet room in front of the room.

Friendly check in, beds were comfortable enough and there are drawers under for storing your belongings. The bottom bunks have curtains which helps for when inconsiderate people turn the light on after hours. There are quite a few toilets and showers, we never had to wait. Breakfast was included, there was cereal, bread for toasting, some spreads, some dry cakes and the typical Spanish breakfast of pureed tomato ans olive oil. It was okay, but I would have preferred to pay less and source my own breakfast - there was no fruit whatsoever. There was also tea & coffee. I give 8/10 because technically everything was okay and as described - I felt the price was quite high (€51 for 2 beds in the 12 bed dorm), but I think it was fairly relative to Madrid on a Saturday night. It felt quite far from the center - but close to a metro so not much of an issue. I would stay again for a much lower price :)

I always visit and travel in Madrid and it’s my first to booked this place I thought with breakfast is expensive , the price is very affordable and the staff very amazing . The check in start 2 pm but I arrived 6 am or 7 in Thetis place the man in front desk he check in me early so I can rest , thank you so much o booked again this place The place is clean and the staff is very kind , See you again next time

Breakfast simple but tasty, rooms well silenced. Air condition maintained from the reception level. Free extras on the reception useful when you forget earplugs.
