Great stay in Madrid. The location is very convenient, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to David at the reception, who was especially kind and welcoming. There’s also a small café in the lobby with very good coffee and pastries, perfect for a quick breakfast. When my flight was cancelled, the hotel was able to accommodate me with an extra night on short notice, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
