Clean and pleasant room with basic amenities and a few great, friendly and helpful staff. Doormen are lovely. The hotel is also in an absolutely marvellous location!

Hotel nicely decorated in a fantastic location. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. My room specifically had views over Gran Via and was very nice. Breakfast has variety and quality. Room was close to elevator, but had a double door which made it quite. Also noise isolation in the rooms is great, you do not hear noise from outside.
