Good location out of the core busy tourist centre, with good public transport to go to the very centre (bus outside hotel to the centre in 20 min). Clean. Has air conditioning. Reception has staff (polite and speak English; they called taxi for me)

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and immaculate. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the metro and within easy reach of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Central location with good connection to metro. Rooms are modern but a bit sparsely, which is ok. But you can find someone at the reception 24/7.
