No signage for how to work the shutters. This would be helpful to have ! But excellent service from the staff who were kind and responsive. I liked that we could contact them via WhatsApp. Only issue we had was loud noise at 4am on Friday coming from outside. Not the hotel’s fault, but made us worry that the location wasn’t a good choice. However Saturday (which we presumed would be worse!) there was no noise. Other than this noise, the location was perfect . A bit difficult to find at first, but we were next to the metro , big street of shopping , and short walk to all the major tourist spots of the city. It was also a nice surprise to have a balcony !

The hotel is located in a building where there are also a medical clinic , private residences etc . The lobby of the building has permanent security. The lobby where the hotel rooms are , is elegant. The room and the bathroom are clean , quality towels , comfortable beds , opaque blinds on the windows . The ladies at the reception speak English. Grocery stores are close by , as is the metro station.
