SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
Towels and linen bed are changed every 4 days. Guests must clean the kithcen before checking out. A free cleaning kit with essentials is provided.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. 1 pet allowed per apartment. They must allway present their vaccination certificate.
The swimming pool is open during summer season (from 15th June to 15th September). Subject to possible changes depending on the weather.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice neighbourhood, close to Tetuán and Cuzco metro stations. Helpful staff. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay as a base for exploring the city. Supermarket a short distance down the road open 24 hrs.

I needed to stay in that neighborhood, and I was not disappointed. Close to metro station, metro direct to centro. Next to all commodities. It was perfect for us.
