The hotel is located directly off Sol, so you are in the center of everything. The towels were fluffy and soft and the bedding was very comfortable. The room was a decent size, and they use sustainability practices. For me the breakfast was excellent. As someone gluten intolerant they were so accommodating and in addition to having plenty of naturally gluten free breakfast items they also provided me with gluten free muffins, bread, etc.

The hotel is located in the puerta del sol. The sol metro station is maybe 100m from the door of the hotel. Upon arrival I found a spotlessly clean modern city hotel with friendly staff. When I got to my room on level 04 the room was spotless with all amenities a city hotel should have. Im guessing g they have removed bath tubs and replaced with XL shower trays with rain shower heads and secondary head. Breakfast was typical continental but quality was excellent. Proximity to playa mayor and museo del prado is excellent I will definitely stay here again
