We chose the hotel for the perfect position in the city. We weren't disappointed. We included breakfast which was well worth the money. Allisson was extremely helpful. Cc, Fatima and Rey in reception always had a very warm welcome and a kind word. We would recommend this hotel.

The Petit Palace Lealtad is a superb boutique hotel right in the center of Madrid close to all the main museums, wonderful walks and many bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I wish to thank in particular Cris and here team in the front desk, as well as the cleaning team that was so efficient. I stayed there during a business trip attending a conference close to the city hall and was at walking distance. The hotel also has several cozy salons where you can have an informal work meeting.
