The property do not provide air conditioning , you can’t regulated is 25 degrees !! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The management expects customer to pay and deal with it! They don’t care!! Meaning is the temperature is 7 degree you can’t regulated either ! Management , put a lot of excuses!! The hotel has no lobby , there is nothing there pleasant about the entry!! The location is excellent, a few minutes from la plaza del Sol. so it’s hectic and busy! I open the window and I wake up sick!! the breakfast was ok, but there is not ventilation there and it’s super hot!!

Staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was ideal for our requirements - proximity to Prado.

Location is excellent, really convenient. All staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and a pretty good size.
