The owner and his wife were so helpful as I was a solo traveler the owner helped me alot for the transportation of my luggage giving tips what to visit in nearby areas for free and gavevme lot of advices for my stay n movements in Madrid. He even gave me tips on weather as I did a day trip to Toledo.I had the feeling having stayed in a family house and people caring for me in the morning he was there greeting me a good day and when came back at nite he was still there to ensure if everything went well and greeted me for the nite. I felt very safe in that place n I strongly recommend it for solo travelers as well as others because of it's excellent location near train/bus etc n also museum Gran via etc

Excellent location if you need or want to be close to Atocha train station. Staff was serious but super correct and attentive; their were always in on around the floor and able to help. They would keep my bags after checkout for a last tour day in Madrid.

Excellent location, helpful staff and comfortable room. It was a shared bathroom, but always clean and I never had to wait to use it. I loved the view out of my window and the double glazing meant there was no street noise, despite being on a busy road.
