It’s central just a few walks away from my favourite pastel de nata store! It’s clean and tidy, they do regular clean ups and changed our towels too. We got to hang our clothes outside by the window. Owner was really lovely.

The best place to stay in Madrid - Puerta del Sol! The hotel is now in a process of remodeling and it looks good. Nice rooms with cleaning every day. Comfortable bed. Friendly personal. Available teapot in the common area. Recommendable!

The beds were very comfortable, rooms were cleaned everyday and staff was available. I was happy with the overall stay and only have two things I would recommend.
