-The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the establishment.
-The hotel offers free shuttle service for transfers to the airport. Transfers from the hotel to the airport begin at 05:00 am until 00:30 hours.
-Airport pick-ups begin at 12:00 pm until 00:30 am. When you arrive at the airport, after collecting your luggage, go to the stop. BUS HOTEL which is in your arrival terminal, once you are at the stop, you must call us to inform us of the terminal number, and we will send the shuttle service to pick you up. PHONE: 00 34 917 420 200. We do not have WhatsApp
-The vehicle has capacity for 19 passengers and a 23kg suitcase plus one carry-on bag per person is allowed.
Once you arrive at the hotel to check in, you can book your transfer on the day of departure.
- Dogs and cats are allowed on request and subject to approval. The maximum weight allowed is 25 kg. A charge of EUR 25 per pet per night will apply (maximum of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge. Transfers of animals on hotel transport are subject to special conditions.

Location, it is very close to the airport. It has good connection to Plaza del sol with green metro line. Airport airport shuttle of course amazing!

Exceptional hotel from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. A special mention to the waitresses at breakfast, who were so kind and attentive, and also to the housekeeping staff — they do an amazing job keeping the rooms spotless and beautifully clean every day. The hotel is also very peaceful and quiet, making the stay really relaxing. Overall, a wonderful and spectacular hotel experience.
