Everything was great 👍 the receptionist and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. Jan was the best 👍 and the coffee available 24/7 👌. You can leave your baggage at the reception after checkout incase you have a travel after 12 pm . Metro station is close to the hotel and there’s a bus stop right outside the entrance. Very close to all the places to visit while in Madrid.

Average breakfast. Staff was very helpful. The room tiles were damaged. It was not worth the money I paid for.
