The location was excellent. Walking around 10 mins or so to Plaza Mayor, Grand Via, El Retiro etc.

Location was excellent and reception staff were v helpful and considerate. Gave us a room on the 5th floor when I asked for as quiet a room as possible (middle of Madrid!) which had a balcony!

The location, they have a room for luggage after chech out, we had a roof top room with balcony and the view was nice. The breakfast is ok.
