The location for me is perfect , in quirky Barrio Las Letras with all its charm. The staff were exceptional. As a solo woman traveller, it means a lot to me to feel I’ve friendly caring (and professional) people there, if needed.

Very well located near public transportation, whether you are coming with the train or flying to Madrid. Once there, it is very central so everything is at walking distance, which is great ! The room is comfy and the staff is really helpful. Opinions might differ about the price, but on my side I benefited from an early booking rate and this was a very good choice for those travelling on a budget.

The area is as central as you can get. Very close to everything you may need. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from
