Very good location, near metro and bus station or a 30-minute walk to the city centre. Nice area with good restaurants. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and attentive.

The hotel offers 24-hour reception, which is very convenient, and the service overall was excellent. The room was consistently clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and regular sheet changes, everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The location is another highlight. Situated in the Chamberí neighborhood, it’s a pleasant and safe area while still being close to the city center, making it easy to explore Madrid.
