The hotel is situated in a quiet square but close to the Gran Via, shopping streets, restaurants are more. It is very central and you can walk practically to every tourist attraction.

Very welcoming on arrival and was able to check in slightly earlier than expected as our room was ready. The bar area had comfy seating and the staff were very quick to ask if you'd like to order a drink. The location was perfect for us as most attractions are within walking distance including Grand Via and The Palace. The staff were lovely, and can not fault their politeness and service to us at all.
