The hotel has a free airport transfer service every half an hour. The hotel is very nice with a roof pool, and very nice rooms. The location is very good with a short driving distance to Terminal 4 at the airport.

The breakfast was amazing, great choice of pastries, waffles, churros, bread, fruit, cereal, hot food and continental meats. Something for everyone and there was plenty to be able to have as a snack later on for those travelling with constantly hungry little ones. Interconnecting rooms were great, perfect for us as a couple and a 5 year old. No noise, great beds, great showers, great rooms with lots of space.

Large, nee, very clean room, with comfortable bed. 5 minutes from Terminal 4 at Madrid. Directly next to grocery store and restaurants.

Friendly staff. Decent room. Had to change a non changeable reservation due to Qatar flight cancelled and they were decent about it. Nice breakfast. Good bus to T4. Local area has shops and restaurants.
