The location was great as we could walk to many of the must-see sites in Madrid. It was also close to restaurants, convenience stores and transport. We had a room with a balcony and this was a big plus. The pool was nice but had only a little area to sit around it other than going to the upper level which had no shade at all.

Stayed here for five nights, we couldn't have asked for a better location, the hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. It's also surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc. so was very convenient. It's situated right beside a busy square but we had no trouble sleeping at night - we couldn't hear much noise from the streets. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities (lovely rooftop pool & bar area) and the breakfast was amazing, also the reception staff were very helpful for booking taxis etc.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and facilities were available to leave luggage and to rest up at the hotel before leaving for the airport. Metro station is just across the road and super easy. to get to the airport.
