The location was brilliant. Although it was so close to the palace, the theatre and the main shopping and restaurant areas it was in a quiet location. Loved sitting on the terrace early morning watching the swifts .

Amazing hotel in the heart of Madrid close to Sol square, Grande Plaza and Mercado Miguel! Nice staff and very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was perfect.

Hotel is very well located, close to Royal Palace and to metro connections. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very spacious. It was also very clean.

Location amazing, a 5 minute walking tour from the Royal Palace, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was professional, spoke good English, and available.
