I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before and decided to stay again because I liked the location, the room and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms with excellent facilities and superb service when I had a problem - I hadn't been booked for the second night of my three day visit but the staff found me another room at short notice and were most civilised about it. Very good value too given location.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were more than happy to assist in any way. My husband had left his mobile in the taxi on the way to the station. Rafael, on the reception desk, was a great help in retrieving it for us. We were very happy. We will definitely stay at Hotel Opera again.
