The shuttle service was great… maybe cause off peak.. I called and they pick me up from airport in 15 mins. It was also walking distance to a huge mall

Really helpful staff, and very good facilities within the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom also had everything that you wopuld expect and the water pressure and water temp was very good.

The shuttle service works perfectly. The check-in was smooth and the communication with the hotel before my stay via WhatsApp was very pleasant. The hotel is 5 minute walking distance from the Plenilunio Mall whith many shops, eateries and a supermarket. The room was clean and spacious.
