Great location, just near Plaza Santa Ana and perfect for Madrid's bars, restaurants and cultural sights. Hugely friendly staff. Tasty breakfast (open 8am-11am). Comfortable room, very clean.

Perfect location! Huge shout out to Loreto (hope I spelled her name right!) on morning reception. An absolute gem and a real asset to this hotel, always smiling friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. Our rooms were clean, secure and comfortable (no kettle, but ask for one at reception if needed) with a small balcony overlooking a huge plaza. (Ay! Rosa Restaurante Madrid 2 mins walk away has the best Mexican food and margaritas we have tasted in years!)
