The staff are helpful and nice, the room was clean and modern, the mattress was comfortable. The location is prefect if you have to take an early morning train (AVE/Adif) as I did because you are only steps away from the entrance to the train station.

Right next to Charmatin train station but bit of a boring area otherwise. Junior suite was spacious and clean.
