The staff were very cheerful and friendly. This makes such a big difference. We arrived very late at night from the airport and the reception was still open and staff were welcoming. Just a one night stay before taking the high speed train to Burgos. We needed to store our bags at the hotel for a few hours the next day while we explored Madrid. The hotel has a good system in place to allow this. Very well located for train connections.

The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to transportation, Buses,Metro, Trains and Taxi , the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and is all your can eat, Dinner was great in the restaurants, I and my family loved the hotel also the staff are very friendly. I and my family really enjoyed our stay in the hotel

The hotel is located right in the train station, so for the purposes of our onward journey from Madrid to Valladolid on the fast train it is ideal. We have stayed there before and have found the rooms to be sizeable and clean with a comfortable bed.

Rooms were reasonable size, well equiped and clean. Bathroom was good and well provisioned. Good lifts. Helpful staff. Short walk to trains. Several good restaurants in walking distance.
