I had a nice stay at this place. I was able to check in late in the evening,there was staff. The location is within walking distance from metro station Barajas. To go to the airport in the morning, the staff kindly arranged free shuttle, which is great!

The place had all we needed: airport shuttle, baggage storage, beds to rest in, air conditioning and a shower. Also the staff was very helpful and it was a nice neighborhood to walk around in.

Everything was excellent—the shuttle transfer, the driver and his English, the cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom, the location…..

We were very very happy to return to Hostal Viky. The shuttle service was excellent even though it was after midnight. The driver spoke very good English and arrived 10 minutes after we telephoned him! Perfect! And although we didn’t need it this time, we were offered a return shuttle the next day which the driver would have arranged before we went to bed. Impressively efficient. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with crisp white bed linen, lovely counterpane and comfortable beds. The bathroom had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked very well. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near the airport and we will certainly be using it every time.
