The hotel has an excellent location, and it is possible to reach almost everything on foot. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean., but the staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi works properly and is fast.

The location was perfect, you can see everything on foot, close to supermarkets and cafes, tapas bar and all the main monuments. Everyone in the reception was really helpful, close to metro station Gran Vía, and if you are a girl travelling alone as me is the perfect location to stay.

Good location in the middle of the city. The room was small but comfortable, clean. Staff was very nice. It was a bit noisy, but it wasn't very bothersome. Excellent if you are looking for somewhere to sleep while you explore the city.
