Each bunk bed in shared space has a locker assigned to it, its use is free of charge and you can secure it with your own lock or buy one on the premises.You can buy: Toothbrush toothpaste kit 2€, rent 1 towel 2€ deposit 5€, Shampoo kit 2€, you can order free of charge: clothes iron, hair dryer, shower gel, ear plugs.The establishment is indoors and has no windows but there is ventilation system, odour extraction, air purifiers, air conditioning and heating.Bathrooms are shared for all rooms and bunk beds.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This is a small, minimal-service hostel very close to Chamartín train station. The beds are pod-like with curtains, which I like. I ended up with a bottom bunk, which was appreciated, since there were three levels of bunks (a bottom, a middle, and a top), and the bottom level was easier to get in and out of for me. The bathrooms seemed clean and in working condition. There is a little microwave and some water available in the little reception area in the front. They also let me store my luggage there for part of the day, since my train didn't leave until later in the afternoon, which was very helpful.

Communication was efficeint and the location is good as is one straight connection by Metro from the airport. The place was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. The facilities are clean. The staff were really nice and I was allowed to leave my bag for an extra hour. I also liked the very local cafe next to the hostel for breakfast and lunch.
