The property was in very good spot close to everything we needed to see. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing is, that you can hear everything in your room from another rooms and hall. But the rest perfect, very comfortable place to stay for few days.

The location on Gran Via was good, close to many places we wanted to visit. We only stayed one night at the end of our holiday and it was convenient to get public transport to the airport in the morning. We were only in the room to sleep overnight and our beds were comfortable. the room was warm and the shower hot, we had nothing to complain about!

Location is excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and warm. Good shower. Check in/out times are far better than most hotels. We had a faulty door lock, which was dealt with immediately. Reception spoke excellent English. The building is very secure with lots of character. Nice view from our triple room on the 7th floor.

Location, cleanness, friendliness of staff, refurbished facilities, look modern and minimalist. Private bathroom inside the room.
