It was very clean, the room was tidy, the sheets extra white and clean. The whole place smells good. Everything I’d organised and they have a great communication with us to explain. It’s well located, you can walk around and see everything in the city and that’s awesome.

We had a great stay at this hostal. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and there was always hot water in the shower. Even though the hostal is right at Puerta del Sol, we were not bothered by noise at all. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, but we also saw the shared showers in the corridor, and they looked very clean and well maintained. The only small issue was that the handle on the main entrance door was a bit sticky, which might be worth fixing. Other than that, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
