Everyone was friendly. The room was very clean. Regular daily room service. Rooms are in very good location for someone who wants to explore the city easily.

Great Central Location, close to the most important points in Madrid. Kind and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Unlimited Free water bottles and snacks as well as coffee and tea. Beautiful balcony with view in traditional street.

Location was just amazing, walkable distance to everywhere and on doorstep to some of our favourite places to eat and drink The staff were so lovely, room was cleaned daily. Would 100% book again.

The hostel is very central and close (within walking distance) to all major sights and central areas. The beautiful, cosy rooms are small but very functional, extremely clean with comfortable beds and small balconies to the street. There is a lovely common kitchen-living room for 5-6 people accessible to all guests which offers services like a variety of coffees and teas, cookies, muffins and similar, cold drinks and water - all available for guests for free! The staff was extremely gentle, welcoming and helpful - a fantastic experience!
