Location couldnt be better. I had a back room so could not hear anything from the street. Room is what you expect for price: clean, safe, everything you would want, except theres no AC. Was there in fall so I didnt care. The old guy who runs it seems to live in one of the rooms. He's not very talkative, but courteous, honest, and seems on top of things. Bring your own soap. Elevator is handy. Will definitely go back.

Perfect location. Despite having very little English, the owner was super nice and friendly, gave us extra towels and bin bags etc throughout the week at no extra cost even though it says there's a charge for towels, always said hello in passing too. Room was good, nothing special but had all we needed including a sink in the room so we didn't have to go all the way to the bathrooms to brush teeth. Showers were good, bathrooms spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
