receptionist let us store our bags until check in time/our room was ready, and when we fully checked in and went to our room they had already brought our bags there safely

Location and staff were perfect cool. The bed was comfortable. It is so close to the touristic attractions. There is always clean water from the machine both cold and hot.

The room was completely as expected with all basic needs met. Comfortable enough bed, good shower. Location perfectly situated for exploring the sights of Madrid/access to the Metro system. A great budget accommodation option for the city centre.
