Super available and kind staff. Easy check in & out. The room is tiny but very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, temperature was perfect. Incredibly central location.

Location is great, right in Gran Vía but feeling quiet inside. The amenities provided really exceeded our expectations, we had coffee, tea, water, sweets and even a bottle of champagne.

Location excellent. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfy, the bathroom was small but shower was good.
