-- The receptionists Brenda and Nicoletta! Super gentle people. The guy at night is a bit more gruff. Not a bad person but the ladies are just more helpful. -- Location on Gran Via and coinciding with Callao metro station makes it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Royal Palace as well as accessing international foods. -- Provides bottle of mineral water! -- Allows you to leave luggage and freshen up in the public toilet before you leave for your flight. Really appreciate that!

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Madrid. The staff were helpful and friendly. Brenda does a fantastic job…is welcoming, organised and extremely helpful. The room was very clean. A good place to stay in Madrid.

Located on Gran Via so was perfect for our short stay, we were in the heart of Madrid and could easily walk where we needed to go. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Good size room.
