Location is great, right in the centre. Our balcony was overlooking a shopping street with blossoming trees at the end of March. The place was comfortable and quiet, we could close the shutters.

My 10-year-old son and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly located in the city center, with many tourist spots just a short walk away. It was so convenient to return to the hotel whenever my son needed a rest. The room rate was definitely worth the value. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, and the Filipino staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience — we will definitely return the next time we visit Madrid!
