Brilliant location a few minutes walk away from the many Madrid sights. Very friendly receptionist, who spoke great English, and was able to recommend places to visit plus looked after the bags post-check out. Stayed here as a female solo traveller and felt totally safe. Hotel is two stops down on the metro from the main train station. Room was a good size and there was a gift of cakes and cava left in the room. Kettle was available on request.
