Location and staff were great. Overall experience was good. Only two minutes from Sol metro which is central to shops and different kinds of dining and drinking.

Modern hotel great for a one night stay in Madrid, right by Sol metro station so we could walk around Madrid from there. Absolute bargain for a family room in the city centre and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms look brand new, and had air conditioning which was great because it was very warm.

Location is perfect in Sol right outside the metro and train station renfe. Good Internet and air conditioning. They let me leave my bags and were friendly & helpful. They gifted me a phone charger which was very helpful.
