Good hotel in the center, in the best part of the city, on Gran Via. Very comfortable. Clean room, although small, with everything you need. Good breakfast on a beautiful terrace! Unfortunately, they were doing renovations and we couldn't enjoy the view from the room.

The room is overall tidy and clean. Staff is nice and welcoming. The location is the real plus since you can easily access different means of public transportation (undergroud/metro and bus) or walk your way to different turistic places (Puerta del Sol and Palacio Real are just 10 min away. There are a lot of caffes and restaurant nearby. The breakfast service is good (mind you is not buffet but you can choose between different set menus, all savory options except for one).
